              In accordance with the Internal Regulations of the Central Library of the University August 20, 55 SKIKDA, access is reserved to teachers and students regularly enrolled in the Library and researchers or students outside the university with an authorization to access.

The library rooms and the loan bank are open every day except Friday and public holidays.

The library provides a limited service during the holidays.

Opening time: Every day from Sunday to Thursday from 8.00 to 16.30.

                                                                   Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00.
